The purpose of the bot is to assist customers with issues relating to their prepaid or postpaid accounts and help them check statements, delayed tokens and bills.

Telegram Bots were launched last year. They are simply Telegram accounts operated by software, not people and they often have Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.

The bots can do anything – teach, play, search broadcast, remind, connect, integrate with other services or even pass commands to the Internet of Things (IoT).

The Telegram app is now available as a free download on the Google Play Store, Apple Store, and Windows Store.
