UPDATE : Death toll from Lekki building collapse climbs to 15

TVC NEWS: The death toll from the building collapse at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State has risen to fifteen as rescue operations by the National Emergency Management Agency, South West zone and  Lagos State Fire Service are still ongoing.

Our correspondent learnt that there are still several others trapped in the building including a nursing mother. They have been putting calls across to their relatives seeking for help.

The spokesperson for NEMA, Ibrahim Faronloye, has said they would not relent in their efforts until others still trapped in the collapsed building are rescued.
