The Pharoahs of Egypt are sweating on the fitness of Zamalek winger Mostafa Fathi ahead of Friday’s 2017 AFCON qualifier against Nigeria.
Fathi, who Nigerian teammate Moruf Yusuf warned is more dangerous than Roma’s Mohamed Salah, did not train with the rest of the Egypt squad on Monday due to a muscle injury.
He may therefore not be on the plane headed for Kaduna on Wednesday.
