Nigeria’s LMC signs development deal with La Liga

The League Management Company has signed a five year partnership deal with the Spanish Premier League – La Liga for the development of the Nigeria Professional Football League.

Chairman of the LMC, Shehu Dikko signed on behalf of the Nigeria Professional Football League while President of La-Liga, Javier Tebas signed for the Spanish League.

Nigeria’s Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, and the Spanish Ambassador to Nigeria, Alfonso Sebastian counter- signed as witnesses.

The pact will focus on key areas of capacity development, training for coaches and club administrators; inter club exchanges and commercial activities including joint marketing.
