Ex-militant, Tompolo flees to Libya

tompiTVC E. Government Ekpemupolo, also known as  Tompolo has allegedly fled to Libya.
The Joint Niger Delta Liberation Force has announced that it has identified the location of Tompolo.

According to the group, the ex-militant leader is currently hiding in Libya.

This was made known in a statement signed by General Akotebe Darikoro, Commander, General Duties, General Torunanaowei Latei, Creeks Network Coordinator, General Agbakakuro Owei-Tauro, Pipelines Bleeding Expert and General Pulokiri Ebiladei, Intelligence Bureau of JNDLF.

The statement reads:“The Military can’t locate Tompolo but we have identified where he is now.”

“Presently, Tompolo is in Libya and we’ll get him, dead or alive for betraying us in supporting the Federal Government against us.
“Nigerian Military has weak intelligence gathering mechanism hence they could not identify our Modus Oparandi.

“Nigerian Military is only good in carrying AK47 to harass innocent people and raping young girls and women.”

According to reports, a close source to Tompolo laughed when asked about the case, saying, “I do not know what you want me to say, they should leave Tompolo alone.”

The Nigerian army returned to the Oporoza community, the traditional headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West local government area of Delta state. The soldiers raided the community in search for the militants and Tompolo, who has many times denied link with Niger Delta Avengers in the last few weeks.

The group had threatened to test six missiles in the Niger Delta region, beginning from Tuesday, June the 7th, 2016.
