Kim Kardashian covers Forbes magazine, claps back at haters

American reality TV star Kim Kardashian has graced the cover of Forbes magazine – and she made sure she took a swipe at those who criticize her for having no talent.

Standing with her arms crossed and sporting a slight smirk, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty, who is described as a “media mogul”, looks pretty smug.

And understandably so – one of the cover lines reads “she made $45 million from one game”.

Kim is ranked number 42 on the Forbes annual rich list and made $51million over the last year alone.

Since her app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, launched in June 2014, it’s grossed a huge $160million.

“Such a tremendous honor to be on the cover of @forbes! I never dreamed this would happen & know my Dad would be proud,” she tweeted.

But it was the hashtag that really stood out: “#NotBadForAGirlWithNoTalent.”

“I became really intrigued with the tech world,” she told the magazine. “I started spending a lot of time in San Francisco. I realized this is really going to be the next cycle of my career and this is what I want to focus on.”

She added: “I remember I asked Kanye [West], ‘Should I do this?’ He was like, ‘Yes!’ That’s how he got into music because he wanted to do music for video games and wanted to create video games.

“I was like, ‘I wonder if people are really going to … mimic my life.’”
