TVC E. Christopher Biggins was removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house for his offensive comments about AIDS and bisexuality.
In a conversation with Renee Graziano about AIDS, he said: “I think it was a bisexual disease.”
He added: “There were a lot of bisexuals who went to those countries and had sex with those people and then brought it back to their own families in America.
“So that’s how it became such a world-wide disease.”
Biggins was called to the diary room over his “unacceptable language” and couldn’t contain his shock when he was told he was being removed from the house.
A voiceover said: “Due to your continued use of unacceptable language in the house, which is capable of causing wide-spread offence, Big Brother is left with no option other than to remove you from the house.”
Biggins said about the incident: “I am very sorry and I am very sad.”
Big Brother had already given the actor several warnings in the past about his comments on bisexuality.
Only days ago, the star caused outrage when he said: “The worst types are the bisexuals.”
Before his removal, Biggins had a conversation with the now evicted Grant Bovey in the garden about the “mistakes” he’s made in the house.
