Kano government releases N48m to tackle malaria

The Kano State Government says it has released the sum of 48 million Naira to combat malaria in state.

The Kano Government says it deployed enormous resources to  various health facilities to end the recent outbreak of Malaria in the state.

Commissioner for Information, Comrade Muhammad Garba made this known to news men in the state. He says the move is part of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje’s commitment to ensuring good health care delivery in the state.

Garba stated that some facilities had since been distributed to various boarding secondary schools across Kano State to respond to the scourge of Malaria that had recently affected students.

He appealed to Kano residents to support the government in its efforts to ensure adequate environmental sanitation in the state.
