DSTV has hijacked Nollywood from Nigeria – Emeka Ike

President,  Actors Guild of Nigeria,  Emeka Ike has alleged that Nigeria’s movie industry, popularly called Nollywood has been stolen by South African cable company, DSTV.
Ike who made the accusations in Yola, the Adamawa state capital, warned the Federal Government not to have any transaction with Nollywood on behalf of the entertainment industry to avoid being defrauded.

The actor also condemned in totality the recently televised interactive session between President Muhammadu Buhari and members of the creative industry.

He said that the major stakeholders in the entertainment industry were not part of the arrangement.
