The FC Barcelona Academy in Lagos has commenced training inside the main bowl of the Teslim Balogun stadium for players in Batch B.
The programme is available for pupils between the ages 6 to 18 and was fashioned to help young players combine football and education.
50 players were picked last month during the try-out session where players were tested at various levels in Ball possession, Ball Control, Passing, Movement, Technical ability, Decision Making and Teamwork.
Technical director of the Academy in Lagos, Bernat Villa said the project aims at producing football stars.
