The Director General, of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria, Osita Aboloma says that the growth of the non oil sector can get Nigeria out of recession.
Aboloma stated this during an assessment tour of a gas cylinder manufacturing plant in Lagos, where he warned that compromising quality guidelines will not be tolerated by the standards agency.
He charged manufacturers in Nigeria to build confidence in their products by always applying the Nigerian Industrial Standards in their operations.

He noted that the country’s export profile will rise if goods produced in Nigeria, meets international standard.
