Nigeria Professional Football League club, Akwa United have sacked technical adviser Maurice Cooreman.
Akwa United finished just four points above the relegation zone in the out gone season and the club’s management say the disengagement is as a result of a major restructuring to reposition the Uyo-based outfit.
Head coach Ere Dokubo was also relieved of his duties.
in a related development, the management board of four time Nigerian Champions Kano Pillars has been dissolved by the Kano state government.

Kano governor Abdullahi Ganduje confirmed that the club’s borad was sacked because of infighting amongst its members.
Kano pillars finished in 7th position last season.
