SEC reveals plans to help boost Nigeria’s economy

The leadership of the Securities and Exchange Commission has said that one of its drive to help the nation develop economically and have a financially secured future is the introduction financial literacy programme at the grassroots level across the country.
The Director-General of the Commission, Mansur Gwazo stated this in Abeokuta during his visit to the state governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun at his office.

On his part, Governor Amosun assured them of the state support and urged the team to engage those who are in schools but do not know about the significance of the project.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo also appealed to the team to be transparent in retiring the lost confidence of Nigerians in the stock market.
