TVC E. The youth group under the aegis of the Niger Delta Youth Forum after congratulating Donald Trump over his victory at the presidential election in the United States, has ask him to come to the aide of the region.
The Niger Delta youth group and the the Niger Delta Izon Youth Forum, in a statement signed by Mr Kemeizonpoumokumor Ayuba, said the people of the region were trusting Trump’s government to prevail on the Nigerian government led by President Muhammadu Buhari to enable them enjoy their God-given resources.
They demanded for a true restructuring of the country and ownership of their resources, according to The Punch. Meanwhile, the youth wing of the Indigenous People of Biafra has congratulated Trump, on his electoral victory.
The group’s statement in Awka, Anambra state was signed by the IPOB publicity secretary, Emma Powerful and it urged Trump to fulfill his campaign promises to Americans and the world. “The IPOB under the command structure of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu congratulates Donald Trump. “Trump passed through so many trials and so many odds from the leadership of the party but God Almighty made it possible for him to become the President of United States of America.
“He should also remember his promises to the people of America and other peoples across the globe because USA is going to be great again by the power of God Almighty who selected him from the midst of millions in America,” the group said.
