Kaduna College of Education closed indefinitely to ‘safeguard lives’

TVC E. Authorities of Kaduna State College of Education have indefinitely suspended academic activities in the institution. A statement issued on Tuesday by Danlami Aduwu, spokesperson of the college, directed staff and students to vacate the campus.

The suspension was said to have become necessary as a result of the persistent attacks by unknown gunmen on villages bordering the Kaduna State College of Education, located in Gidan Waya.

The need to safeguard the lives and properties of staffers and students were also cited as motivating factors behind the suspension of activities.
