Fuse ODG uses music to campaign for education in Ghana

 

UK Based Musician Fuse ODG is using music to draw attention to education in Ghana.

The award winning musician will use his single “Jinja” to highlight the educational needs in the West African country and call attention to the various issues.

For ten years, Fuse ODG’s aim has been to give young people an alternative to gangsterism as well as help them appreciate the opportunities they take for granted in the western world.

Titled the Jinja Challenge, the singer hopes it will change perceptions of young black males in the media while reprogramming the mental image of Africa, its people and its diaspora.

Fuse ODG is a multiple winner of the Best African Act prize at the prestigious MOBO Awards.
