Izu Ojokwu’s movie, ’76’ to premiere in Ghana

Izu Ojukwu’s widely accepted film ’76’ will hit Cinemas in Ghana soon.  The historical drama will have its premiere across cinemas in the country.

Set against the backdrop of the 1976 coup, it centres on a young military officer and his wife.

The film dwelt on how the couple coped with the aftermath of the putsch.

The film premiered at the Toronto International Festival and the BFI London Film Festival in 2016.
