Ex-Adamawa Governor Ngilari gets 5-year jail term for corruption

A court in Yola has sentenced former Governor of Adamawa State, Bala James Ngilari to five years imprisonment without fine option over corruption related cases.

In his ruling, Justice Nathan Musa said the prosecutor has proven his case beyond reasonable doubt. He however sentenced the ex-governor to five years jail term without option of fine.
