“I was once married and it’s a dark part of my life” – BB Naija’s Gifty admits

Former Big Brother Naija 2017 housemate, Gifty Powers has finally accepted that she was once married after several denials.

Gifty, who courted a lot of controversy while in the BB Naija house, went as far as discrediting photos from her wedding released by a family member.

But in a recent interview with HipTV, the actress disclosed that she used to be married and that the union is a dark part of her life.

She said :

“The marriage you see was kind of real. Yes, I was once married and it’s a dark part of my life that I don’t want to ever go back. My advice to every young girl out there is that before you go into marriage, you have to be physically, mentally, emotionally and physiologically matured. Because I was naive.”
