Beyonce tops Forbes 2017 highest paid woman in music

Forbes magazine has crowned Beyonce the highest paid woman in the music industry for 2017. The 36-year-old singer earned $105 million over a yearlong period stretching from June 2016 to June of this year.

According to Forbes, Beyonce’s earnings were boosted by her “Formation” world tour last year, which Forbes says grossed $250 million.

Adele, 29, finished second on the list with $69 million and Taylor Swift, 27, claimed third with $44 million.
