  • Plantain
  • Chicken
  • Egg
  • Scotch bonnet (pepper)
  • Salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • Paprika seasoning
  • Chicken seasoning


  • Dice the plantain and fry
  • Remove the bone from the chicken
  • Add a little oil in a heated pan
  • Add the chicken and stir fry,
  • Add salt, paprika seasoning, italian season, chicken season and scotch bonnet
  • Add the fried plantain and stir fry
  • Fry the egg, serve with the chicken and enjoy!
