‘Rice and Stir Fry Chicken with Golden Brown Plantain’

Ingredients

Soft chicken laps
2tps of sweetcorn
1tbsp of green pea
1tbspn of chili pepper
3tbspn of carrots
2tbspn of soy sauce
I cube of knor
1/4 stock water
Unsalted butter 1tbspn
Half puree of tomatoes paste
Green pepper 1 1/2 tbspn
1 egg
Springs onions
That’s for the rice

For the stir fry chicken:
Soft breast chicken
Garlic, soy sauce and butter

For the golden brown plantain
2 whole of not too ripe plantain and salt
