The Nigerian singer was said to have being in possession of firearms with some of his friends who were suspected to be armed robbers at the point in time.
The singer who was paraded alongside with his friends by Imohimi Edgal, the commissioner of Police, Lagos state, were arraigned at the Ebute Metta Magistrate court.
Arraigning them before the an Ebute Metta Magistrate Court, Small Doctor and his crew were granted bail with a stern warning that he avoids anything violence in the next 12 months.
A police source who pleaded anonymity said;
‘Small Doctor was released by the court and allowed to go on condition he must not engage in any act of violence or commit any offense within the next one year. If he does, the court would not spare him’.
