Policeman sues friend for not impregnating his wife after 77 attempts

Policeman who employed his best friend to impregnate his wife sues him after 77 attempts failed.

A Tanzanian policeman, Darius Makambako, 50 paid his best friend who is also a police officer 2M Tanzanian Shilling to impregnate his wife, Precious, 45. After trying 77 times, his wife failed to get pregnant.

After 6 years of trying to have a child, Darius Makambako was told by doctors that he is sterile. This was when he made arrangement with his best friend, a police officer, Evans Mastano in the traffic department to sleep with his wife 3 nights in a week to get the wife pregnant.

Evans Mastano has now slept with Darius Makambako’s wife for 77 times within 10 months and was unable to impregnate her. According to report, it turns out Evans too is sterile and can’t pregnant a woman.

Evans is said to have 3 children with his wife, despite the doctor’s report that he can’t have children.

Darius Makambako has sued his friend to retrieve his money and compensation but Evans has counterclaimed he won’t pay because he never gave him any assurance.

Sometime last year, Tanzanian President warned citizens against taking contraceptives, insisting his country needs more people. He said;

“You have cattle. You are big farmers. You can feed your children. Why then resort to birth control? This is my opinion, I see no reason to control births in Tanzania,” Magufuli said in a speech on Sunday, according to The Citizendaily newspaper.
“I have travelled to Europe and elsewhere and have seen the harmful effects of birth control. Some countries are now facing declining population growth. They are short of manpower.”
