Veteran Nigerian musician, Daddy Showkey has attacked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, after the arraignment of Naira Marley.
TVCONTINETAL reported live from the Ikoyi court that the singer whose real name is Azeez Fashola arraigned before the federal high court in Lagos and remanded in Ikoyi prison till May 30th.
However, Daddy Showkey who had earlier begged the EFCC to have mercy and release Naira Marley, now reacting to the new development took to his Instagram page to attack EFCC for being harsh on Marley.
“Many things I saw yesterday made me laugh. What did Naira Marley do to warrant all the security? All the people wey be threats to our society, they never do them like this oh.

“I have talked and begged EFCC to give this boy another chance but you refused, they do like say na him thief Nigeria money.
