Tiwa Savage & Yemi Alade blast female OAPs for talking down on them

Nigerian sensational artistes, Yemi Alade & Tiwa Savage has reacted to the now viral video of some on-air-personalities mocking female artistes.

Currently trending on social media is a video of three female OAPs of a popular radio station, making a mockery of female musicians including Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade. The ladies who were captured on set, appeared to be unaware that the camera was still rolling.

While one of the OAPs alleges that Tiwa Savage cannot write, the other lady describes the singer as a fool after which they all laugh, clearly amused by their conversation. The clip was shared by both artiste on their Instagram page.

Yemi Alade also reacted to the video of the OAPs mocking Tiwa Savage and comparing them.

According to Yemi Alade, a lion does not concern itself with the opinion of sheep. Excerpts from her post reads: “I am even more perplexed as to the mental state of these women. How can people this wounded in spirit and poor in mind be able to get jobs that involve addressing millions of people, influencing their thoughts, educating listeners, promoting justice? Nonetheless!! Women DO support women! and unfortunately, these 3 are just a few of the bad eggs. I can’t forgive you because you haven’t offended me to be sincere, lion no dey concern imself with wetin sheep dey talk.”
