American rapper and businessman Kanye West who tweeted over the weekend about his United States presidential ambition has come out to talk about his campaign, his decision to no longer support Donald Trump, and his recovering process from COVID-19.
He made this known in a phone interview with Forbes, where he said he will not be running under the Democratic Party or the Republican Party, but the Birthday Party.
According to Kanye, his campaign advisors will be his wife Kim Kardashian and tech boss Elon Musk. When he was asked about the name of his party being Birthday Party, the rapper said, “because when we win, it’s everybody’s birthday.”
He also talked about why is backing off supporting Donald Trump saying he liked Trump because of his hotels and the saxophones in the lobby, but he didn’t like that Trump hid in a secret White House bunker in June while protesters stormed the White House.
Kanye West also revealed that he became sick back in February and battled COVID-19 stating that the proposed Coronavirus vaccines in the works were the mark of the beast that would stop people from going to heaven.
During the interview, Kanye also talked on why he decided to run for president saying the country needs racial healing following the death of George Floyd, developing policies, and much more.
