Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has made history by becoming the first African artiste to be featured on two billboards in the iconic Times Square in New York City on the release day of her album.
The thirteen-track album titled Celia which is named after Tiwa Savage’s mother also received over one hundred and twenty US programmed playlist across all Digital Service Providers which as well as cover placements from major streaming platforms.
According to Tiwa Savage, the album Celia pays homage to her mother who showed support for her through her journey in music and also speaks to the empowerment of the modern African woman.
