Senator Ali Ndume has said that the electronic transmission of results cannot work in the Northern part of Nigeria.
Mr Ndume says the clamour from different quarters for results of elections to be transmitted electronically will not work in the Northern part of Nigeria.
He said the concept is not realistic, stating that some parts of the North do not have access to electricity.
