Nigerian singer Teni the Entertainer has come out to detail what happened during her performance in Rivers State where it was reported that she was almost kidnapped.
Video clips circulating online showed Teni performing and it got messy that the singer was whisked away which made her fans who attended the show raise an alarm. They however claimed some persons attempted to abduct her while she was performing and attendees were running for their lives which led to a stampede.
Teni has now dismissed the reports via her Instagram stories saying, “It all happened so fast, there was no incidence of attempted kidnap. A fight started out backstage and that led to a stampede.”
