Mr Adediran Rotimi gave us a breakdown of the incidence and EFCC spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, explained that only high profile Nigerians can be invited before arrest.
“A typical cyber crime suspect would likely decline an invite by the EFCC, so he has to be arrested before profiling”, Mr Wilson Uwujaren stated.
