The 21-year-old singer has coined her music style as “popiano,” a unique fusion of pop and amapiano. Tyla is signed to the Epic Records label, in collaboration with Fax Records, a venture rooted in both Johannesburg and New York and co-managed by We Make Music and Africa Creative Agency. This global record label boasts a roster that has included acclaimed artists such as Fifth Harmony, Future, and French Montana.
