Ashanti is reportedly expecting her first child with fellow music star Nelly, as reported by Us Weekly on Monday.
Despite attending an event together in Nelly’s hometown of St. Louis, where they playfully interacted and sparked pregnancy rumors, representatives for both Ashanti and Nelly have not commented on the reports. If true, this would be Ashanti’s first child and Nelly’s third, as he has two grown children from a previous relationship.
The couple, who dated on and off for about 11 years before breaking up in 2013, recently confirmed their rekindled relationship in a September interview with Rasheeda on “Boss Moves.”
