Bright Okpocha, aka Basketmouth, a popular comedian, has finally spoken up about his relationship with his colleague, AY Makun.
In an interview, AY stated that N30,000 owed to him by Basketmouth sparked their long-running feud.
He claimed to have stood in for Basketmouth at an event, but he tried to outwit him by claiming that the client had not paid for the gig, which he later learned was incorrect from the client.
Basketmouth disputed AY’s claim on the newest episode of The Honest Bunch podcast, hosted by media personality Nedu, saying that there was no client involved.
He said that he was never friends with AY and that their professional relationship was a one-time arrangement.
