Ruger Drops Two New Singles: ‘Luv Again’ & ‘Make Way’

Nigerian Afrobeat & Dancehall sensation star Ruger is back with two electrifying new singles, “Luv Again” and “Make Way.”

Ruger continues his hot streak with the release of “Luv Again” and “Make Way,” showcasing his dynamic style and consistent hit-making ability.

Released on June 5, 2024, these singles mark the start of what promises to be a bustling summer for Ruger. Since his breakout in 2020 with the debut EP “Pandemic,” he has been a relentless force in the music scene.

“Luv Again” delves into the complexities of romance, with Ruger reaffirming his signature playboy persona over a compelling mid-tempo Konto beat. On the other hand, “Make Way” features a similar mid-tempo vibe where Ruger sweet-talks his love interest, promising an unforgettable time in his classic bad-boy style.

These new tracks come under Ruger’s new label, Blown Boy, established after his departure from D Prince’s Jonzing World. They follow the success of his joint EP “RnB” with BNXN, which included hits like “Romeo Must Die,” “Poe,” and “Ilashe.”

Ruger’s fresh releases are set to heat up the airwaves ahead of a busy summer, highlighted by his European Tour kicking off on June 21 in France. The tour will see him perform across seven countries and 12 venues, promising fans an unforgettable experience.
