Peter of the Psquare duo is currently ill, he reveals his latest health challenges

Singer, Peter Okoye of the PSquare duo updated his fans about the present state of his health today as he took to social media to reveal that he is currently undergoing treatment for fever.

“It’s been a challenging couple of days trying to power through immense pain, fever and general body weakness.

We were very excited about giving you an amazing show on the 18th, Unfortunately, my body has taken quite a beating with several intense rehearsals back to back and studio that it just couldn’t take it any more and I have had to give in to Dr’s orders to get some rest, build back my strength to get to optimum health.

The first thing I did was take a coVID test and thankfully my tests came out *negative* for coVID.

I’d like to thank my brother @iamkingrudy, my family and team for holding it down while I get through this.

The good news is, we will make it up to you and give you a truly amazing show on Christmas Day – Saturday, December 25th !

If you’re a ticket holder, the wonderful team @livespotx will send you an email with updates and options.

The show will go on and we can’t wait to see you there. Look out for electrifying performances from P-Square, some of your faves and more.

Peter shows fans what he calls a messy closet

Peter of the former PSquare group, showed off his shoe closet this morning after revealing that he will give a fan a chance to come and raid it in the spirit of the Chrismas season.

Sharing the post he wrote;

“Closet in a mess! Who wants to raid my closet? I will give a fan a chance to. Its Christmas season #30secondsRaidOnly #ZoomMyCloset”

With the array of shoes and clothes hanging in the rack, any fan will be lucky to have 30 seconds to grab all they can. The singer who apparently resides in Banana Island, Lagos, as indicated on the post, will not only welcome the lucky fan into his family home, he is set to give them some of his expensive, designer clothes.

“I Created The P-Square’s Structure, It Hurts When People See Me Just As A Dancer” – Peter Okoye ‎‎

TVC Half of PSquare‎ duo, Peter Okoye‎ complained bitterly that he is more than just a dancer and it hurts when fans see him as such.

He had a recent chat with HipTV where the star says he is a very creative person and was responsible for the structure of PSquare’s tours.‎

According to him:

I don’t think there are so much challenges because even on tour as P Square, I was the one doing the whole structure and trying to get things done properly .I will say it in front of the camera .I do a lot. But for me, there is no challenge because I say the things that I know .I say the things that I let people know.I’ve been a creative person. I’m a very very creative person but people still look at me as a dancer. It hurts but at the end of the day, I’m still a very creative person.‎

Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye finally have made peace

TVC E. Peter and Paul Okoye who have been battling each other for a while now, this night posted a photo of a dove on their respective instagram page with same message.

They wrote “That it took out stupidity to realize family comes first, we are very sorry’.

Peter Okoye’s Daughter Aliona Is 3

Popularly called Psquare, the singer and father of two sent a beautiful message on Instagram to celebrate his beautiful daughter Aliona who turned 3.
In his message he wrote “Happy birthday to my dearest and sweetest daughter Princess Aliona… Not a day goes by when I do not think of you and how empty my life would be if you were not here. Love u so so much.”

In another post, Peter shared an adorable throwback photo and wrote “3 years ago From the moment they placed you in my arms you snuggled into my heart. Happy birthday Aliona #3yearsOld#DaddysGirl “.

Her Mother Lola also wrote: “Happy 3rd Birthday to our darling daughter Aliona-Marie Amarachi Anjolaoluwa Okoye! My little Margaret Thatcher! there is no dull moment with you my angel. When I asked God to give me a strong, healthy and brilliant baby girl, He was definitely listening! May you continue to bring us joy and may you continue to go from glory to glory and from strength to strength in Jesus Name. May you live to see your great great and greatest grandchildren. You and your brother Cameron are the best gifts from God. I love you and I am super proud to be your mama. Have a fabulous day today my little miss sunshine.”
