Wizkid, Burna boy, Davido and tems have made Barack Obama’s 2020 summer playlist.
True to his yearly tradition, former United States of America president, Barack Obama has shared the list of songs that have been getting him through the quarantine summer.
The former POTUS took to his Instagram to share his playlist writing “Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of time listening to music with my family.
I wanted to share some of my favorites from the summer––including songs from some of the artists performing at this week’s @DemConvention. As always, it’s a mix of genres that travels through various eras. I think there’s something in here for everybody––hope you enjoy it.”
This year’s list includes: ‘Smile’ by Wizkid featuring H.E.R, ‘Be Honest’ by Jorja Smith featuring Burna Boy, ‘Know Your Worth’ remix by Khalid featuring Disclosure, Davido and Tems.
Other notable acts that made the playlist include Shatta Wale on his feature with Beyonce and Major Lazer on ‘Already’, Rihanna, Drake, Megan Thee Stallion, J. Cole. John Legend, and others.
