TVC NEWS ( OGUN ) : The State Government, community leaders and the Nigerian police force came together to scold youths that have gone wayward and gave them the opportunity to correct their wrong steps.

It was due to heavy pressure on cultists by the Ogun State Police Command, that Twelve members of different cult groups renounced their membership in public, through a kind of ‘amnesty programme’ provided by the state government and the Police Command.

The cultists arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command were taken to their local government area where they openly renounced their membership.

Nine of them were brought from the Ogun State Police Command but after open appeal by the Police and community leaders, three other members stepped out from the crowd and they were also granted amnesty.
