Court Orders FG to produce Dasuki in court on Feb 16

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday 20, 2016 ordered the Federal Government to present the immediate past National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki (retd), in court on February 16.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola made the injunction with respect to the four count charges of money laundering and illegal possession of firearms levelled against Dasuki by the Federal Government.
The Judge said the charges are not related to the other two sets of charges bordering on alleged diversion of arms funds.

It would be re-called that Dasuki was re-arrested this month by the Department of State Service shortly after he was released from Kuje Prison after fulfilling the conditions of bails granted him in December 2015 by Justice Yusuf Baba of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
