TVC E, NEWS – The Senate Committee on Environment has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for increasing allocation for the ministry of environment from one point one billion naira to five billion naira in the 2016 budget
Acting Chairman of the committee, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, disclosed this while scrutinizing the 2016 budget allocation of the ministry of Environment.
Senator Tinubu urged the Minister of Environment and top officials of the ministry to liaise with other relevant government agencies and departments to solve major ecological issues in the most affected parts of Nigeria.
