Learn how to make delicious Omelette for Breakfast

It’s Saturday morning and you want to eat that heavy breakfast to set the weekend straight. Why not try my Omelette recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of butter or oil
  • 3 raw eggs
  • Salt to taste

  • Break the eggs into a plate
  • Add the salt to the egg and beat till it is light
  • Pour the oil into the pan and place over low heat
  • Fry the vegetables for about 2minutes, scoop out and set aside
  • Pour the egg into the pan and let it fry till it starts becoming firm
  • Sprinkle the vegetables over the egg and allow it cook for about 2minutes
  • Fry till you achieve your desired colour
  • Fold the egg like you are making a sandwich out of the vegetable sandwich
  • Serve as desired
