President Buhari has rejected the Senate recommendation that the Secretary to the Government of the Federation,Babachir Lawal be sacked over corruption charges.
Buhari said the decision was informed by the failure of the senate ad hoc committee on the humanitarian crisis in the northeast to give Lawal a fair hearing.
The decision was contained in a letter also read by Saraki yesterday.
