I use my music to better youths, says DJ Timmy

An upcoming artiste, Ayodeji Otis Kubeyinje aka DJ Timmy, is working on a seven-track album he plans to drop later this year.

DJ Timmy, an English Education graduate from Lead City University, is currently on his one-year national service in Lagos.

DJ Timmy who sees music as a passion and has been a DJ for over 10 years also said he wants to use his talent to tackle societal ills such as violence against children and others.

“I will try to use my talent to work on this,” said DJ Timmy, who has done a collaboration, Respeck On My Name,with Yung6ix.

“I am already making moves to contact some NGOs in order to work together on these. Music is a therapy. It can build the society and nurture children into better adults. Luckily, I am not a push over in the music and rap industry. I also enjoy good working relationship with my colleagues.”
