Nigerian born British world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua, recently gave a remarkable speech during the just-concluded Commonwealth Service in England in the presence of the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth as well as other dignitaries present. The boxing champion gave a shoutout to Nigeria and UK foods when he said “…here is to fish and chips, to pounded yam and egusi soup”
