Chinese fried rice is a family of fried rice dishes popular in Greater China and around the world.

Chinese rice is a medium grain japonica rice which is one of best rice of China grown in Wuchang, Heilongjiang.

It’s called Wuchang rice in China. Wuchang rice is extremely aromatic, soft, slightly sweet and slightly sticky

It is sometimes served as the penultimate dish in Chinese banquets, just before dessert.

To make your stir fry  shredded chicken sauce, you can use boneless skinless chicken breast or boneless skinless chicken thighs.

The thighs are naturally more moist but either one works. You just don’t want skin or bones for this method, given how we’ll shred the chicken
