BET has just released the list of nominees for the 2022 BET Awards and Nigerian artists Wizkid, Tems and Fireboy made the list.
Tems has become the first African to receive three nominations in the same year, while Wizkid received two nominations, and Fireboy DML received one nomination.
The winners will be announced during the 2022 BET Awards, which will take place at 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, 2022. Taraji P. Henson, a Hollywood actress, will host the event.
This was revealed by the award organisers who released full nomination list on Wednesday.
