Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo has recounted how he almost lost a gig because his close friend was against him.
Timi Dakolo explained that he and his friend were in a room with strangers planning an event. Everyone suggested that he performed at the event but his friend kept kicking against it.
The musician said he eventually got the job but he described it as one that is hard to forget and an unfathomable experience.
He also mentioned how she made a sneering remark about his voice when they met at an event.
“Anyways we met at sound check. Her first words were “Timi this your voice sha”
