- First thing to identify that the food in the place goes well is if it’s affordable and smells good
- Good food attracts a lot of people so when you see a long queue of people rushing to buy food or washing their plates to be served first, there’s something obviously about that food.
- People waiting for food on fire. Some local restaurants have some dishes that are usually well prepared that it finishes as soon as it’s ready and they always have to cook more. So if you see people waiting for food on fire, it’s a good restaurant
