Kim Kardashian says she very desires to be divorced as she explains to a court why she wants to be divorced.
In the documents obtained, Kim said,
“Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”
“While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage,” Kim says in the docs. “Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not.”
A source close to Kim added, ” Kim just wants to move on in the most respectful way possible to keep the family’s privacy.”
Kim’s latest legal filing comes just days after Kanye officially responded to her bifurcation. In court a documents obtained by E! News a lawyer for Ye argued,
“Kim’s motion should be denied without prejudice so that Kim can refile it with the mandatory corrections and requested conditions set forth in the proposed judgment. Alternatively, a hearing regarding these additional conditions should be set.”
