To be honest, Marriage is scary, says Praiz

Praise Adejo TVC

TVC E – In most parts of Africa, ‘marriage’ is a key indicator for measuring how responsible a man or woman of matured mind is.  It is the legally or formally recognized union of a man and a woman (or, in some jurisdictions, two people of the same sex) as partners in a relationship. But marriage can be really scary, this according to singer Praise Adejo, a.k.a Praiz.

The soulful singer is different things to different people. The artiste made headlines when early this year, he was conferred with his own day in faraway Minnesota, an honour which doesn’t come cheaply.

In a chat with newsmen, Praiz said he’s not married yet, admitted that marriage is more than what

many think it is.
“In this era where marriages just crash, to be honest it is scary. I know people who are close to me who got married and it ended. I didn’t ever see marriage like this. So when I see such things I just try to take my mind off that and look at my parents. I don’t want to rush. Inasmuch as I know time is going, all I can say is, I pray,” he stated.
